John Atencio Jewelry

At the age of 38, John Atencio received international recognition for his unique jewelry designs. He was invited to become a member of the American Jewelry Design Council. Not long after that, John Atencio became the recipient of three DeBeers Diamonds of Distinction Awards. Later, Colorado State University awarded to this well-recognized jeweler a much-deserved honorarium.

At one time, John Atencio received money from Colorado State University. At one time, the name John Atencio had appeared among the list of students at Colorado State University. John Atencio had attended a number of business classes at the University. He had also received artistic training at Colorado State University.

Like other men from Colorado, John Atencio had both a love for art and a passion for business. John Atencio was born in Denver in the year 1950. As a University student, John Atencio showed the instructors in his business classes that he had the mind of an entrepreneur. At the same time, he showed his art teachers that he had amazing creative powers.

After graduating from Colorado State University, John Atencio opened a store in Fort Collins, Colorado. Starting in 1976, the residents of Fort Collins had an opportunity to purchase some of the distinctive John Atencio jewelry. John Atencio had the business skill that was needed to insure the success of his early business venture.
